This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home (sleeps up to 12) has idyllic views of the Cherry Grove Salt Marsh from every level. This home boasts updated bedrooms, bathrooms, modern kitchen and open living spaces on both levels with views of the salt marsh from two expansive decks, one of which is partially screened in. Bonus room on the ground level provides a perfect place to hang out and play games or watch TV while grilling or sitting at our brand new fire pit! The crown jewel is our BRAND NEW DOCK that allows easy access to the channel in a small boat, kayak or paddleboard. Also perfect for that morning or evening fish!

We are also PET FRIENDLY and welcome small to medium sized doggo's to enjoy the fun as much as you will!

Brand New Dock

This brand new floating dock allows easy access to the Cherry Grove Channel and salt marsh via small boat, kayak or paddle board. Also perfect for that early morning or evening fishing session

Decks Galore

Featuring two massive decks with water views. In the evening the second floor deck sits in the glow of an Instagram neon sign. The third floor deck is split between a screened in portion and high tops that overlook the channel and salt marsh.

Entertainment Room

The entertainment room on the ground floor opens up to the fire pit, grill, dining table and dock. This room has a TV to take in the big game as well. Outdoor games feature heavily in this outdoor space.

Multiple Living Rooms

A unique feature of this 4 Bedroom gem is two (2) spacious living rooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. Everyone will have a ton of space to chill and do their thing. The second floor living room also features a beverage fridge, ice maker and dishwasher.

Chef's Kitchen

This renovated kitchen has a ton of countertop space, and is fully loaded with every appliance and utensil a chef may need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a meal delivered from a local restaurant.

Coffee Bar

If there is one thing that makes a vacation its coffee - have no fear. Sunset Vibes features a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press and espresso machine (on the second floor). We even supply the coffee and pods!!

"Sunset Views was just as described and shown in the pictures!! Our family of 8 plus a toddler had a wonderful time…..plenty of room for all to sprawl out and enjoy the amazing water views! Short walk to the lovely, clean, uncrowded beach and the homeowners had a great wagon, beach toys and plenty of chairs/towels! We cooked in the spacious, well equipped kitchen nightly and enjoyed all the house had to offer. Plenty of shopping and things to do in the area if you want it. Watching the tide come in each day was really cool to us Nebraskans! The walk to the beach is super short and we loved having use of the wagon, beach chairs, and toys to use at the beach. I am one who really appreciates the little details and therefore enjoyed the super crisp sheets, soft beds, huge showers, ice machine, and fully stocked k-cups of which we used a lot! We did a lot of cooking at the house as well and found the kitchen to be well stocked, along with a grill. Would highly recommend. Chairs, wagons, towels, games, laundry detergent, fully equipped kitchen. This is just a small list of the many things in the house. The place was gorgeous. Great beach vibe without being cheesy. Tons of room. Comfortable beds and linens. We utilized every single porch. The dock was perfect for fishing. Beach access one block over. I seriously could go on and on. The sunsets from the porch were breathtaking. Watching storms on the porch were breathtaking. If you said I had to pick one thing that wasn't perfect, all I could think of would be the massive number of light switches throughout the house. There are a lot! Hahaha! That's it. KLR Vacation Rentals is a family owned business managed and operated by Nikki and Dan. KLR is named after our three kids, Keira, Liam and Riley who are actively involved in the business. We are recognized as Airbnb Superhosts and VRBO Premier Hosts. We are delighted to host you at either of our two newly renovated properties.

When we aren't helping our families create their own lasting memories we are running multiple business including property management and an outsourced CFO and Accounting consulting practice. We're world travelers and the lasting memories are what we cherish from those experiences.
